Terrible renters experience. Women in the office are rude, condescending and give you the run around. Except Kelly. We like kelly. Apartments WERE NOT ready for move in. We’re dirty, missing furniture and the renters do not work with students to accommodate special circumstances. Very unprofessional!!!!!
The worst place to live in Indiana. No hot water, tow your own cars out of spots you’re forced to pay $400 for. Disgusting
The ladies who work there are kind and helpful, if things need fixed, someone is always prompt. Large bedrooms, great bathrooms (with tubs), and fantastic living spaces/kitchenette. I feel safe living here, and the only thing I can complain about is the train, but you hear that darn thing in the whole town so...
RecommendedAccommodations are nice and clean, Security is top notch, And the pricing is some of the best at the University.
The ladies in the office are so nice and wonderful to work with. They know that most kids use financial aid and are patient when it takes a while to come in. The apartments aren't very updated but the maintenance staff is usually there asap if you have a problem. The only real issue I've noticed is the laundry room in my building, a lot of the machines don't work after you put the money in. But you can always try a different laundromat, it's not a big deal. University Square never fails to outdo themselves... The salt water pool is amazing! The convenient location, the abundance of pool toys, the friendly lifeguard, and the warm water made the experience that much better! If you haven't made your way to the pool yet, do yourself a favor and check it out! You won't be disappointed!
