I was under there care during my second pregnancy they are the worst and the doctors are incompetent! The nurses are ghetto and unprofessional . And absolutely nobody listens to my needs . I had it with this doctor office . I see why they have malpractice lawsuits against them , they are terrible .

I absolutely love Dr. Heartshorn She really takes the time to actually listen and figure out what's going on and what may help. I have never had another health care professional actually treat me and my thoughts and feelings with such respect.

I went in today strictly to get an iud. I had already had a consultation in reference to the device and was told by my insurance that the iud is covered at 100% no deductible and no copay. However, if I had questions the office can charge me my obgyn office visit copay which is $20. After arriving at the office I was told that I would have to pay way more than my copayment (patient responsibility) for the service to be rendered to me.
