Then the need to be rude or snide with remarks is unnecessary. I simply wanted to make changes on my account, which were normal changes anyone can make. Very rude staff, taking business elsewhere.

I have had a very excellent experience with University Self Storage! The items I have stored appear to be in fine condition after many years of storage. The staff is always very kind and courteous. I recommend this place to all who need to store anything. the location is safe and it is high and dry, which is important in south Louisiana.
