Moved here in August 2016, absolutely loved it. Staff is very nice, location is the BEST. Close to everything and the apartments are really cool. Highly recommend living here. The manager is super sweet and great to talk to! #kacieisthebest
I've lived here for two years now and I love how close it is to campus. Across the street there's 711, McDonald's,Taco Bell and even a bar if you need a drink after finals. #Kaciisthebest

If you're looking for a place to live, don't think a second more and come move in to the University River Village! They have amazing customer service, and renovated a cool hang out place, an awesome gym, and pool. #Kaciisthebest
Started living here last year with the last owners things were terrible wanted to move out when the lease was up. The new manager worked with us two times once when we were trying to get a two bedroom but then our roommate wanted to move out last minute. The manager Kaci called just in time for us and worked on helping us renew for a one bedroom for a good price range. I've been here for a while now and I have to say ''WOW'' what a difference I see. The marq has real changed for the better. The grounds are looking great, and now that the construction is all done the building looks amazing to. Thanks to kaci the assistant asset manager. She really helped us out and is a big reason why I decided to resign my lease. I used to hate this place but now I recommend it!!!
