RecommendedI love living here. The staff is cool and very friendly. They will try there best to work with your needs. The places are well built and there are a bunch of nice amenities. Also the maintenance crew is awesome. They always fix a problem right away. I would recommend anyone to live here!
This place is a beacon of hope for me.
Even if this is the only apartment that accepts your application, don't live here. The incompetence of the staff is horrifying. For example, we had to have them re-draft our lease THREE different times before they got it right. They told us the wrong mailbox, gave us the wrong key for the amenities, and absolutely NEVER answered the phone. The only time they would communicate with us is if we threatened legal action. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Me and my fiancé lived here while I finished my bachelors and they completely reunited our renting experience. They forged our signature on documents and claimed we never paid 3 months worth of rent when we had proof. It was a HEADACHE.

The management is horrible nobody is on the same page it cost to park in the building as opposed to parking on the street where there is a curve and people can hit your car easily at night. They change amenities in the building without telling anybody, threaten to tow your car without giving appropriate notice to go get new stickers in the office. Bought a new car and forgot my parking sticker in the old car and I had to pay $75 to get a new sticker when it cost only $20 a month. If I could move out right now I would! DONT L... read more
I never moved into this place beucase I got a bad vibe from the management. All they care about is collecting your money. I signed the application which cost 40.00 and it says they waive it if you like there fb page but they dont waive it if you dont move in . I couldn't find any info on that anywere just took there word for it. Issue #2 DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY UNLESS YOUR 100% SURE YOU WANT TO MOVE IN .
