I would not recommend renting through this company. They are not tenant friendly and staff are often rude and dismissive. At the end of your lease they will nickel and dime you for repairs that should not be a tenant's responsibility. We paid a $500 redecorating fee and then they charged us more for redecorating at the end of the lease because their vendors charged them more for painting and cleaning (we cleaned the apartment prior to move out). I have been using University Rental for over 10 years. They look after my condo well and make sure any repairs are fixed promptly. And they always fill the tenants for me. And the rental payment is always prompt and acurate. They are the most reliable property management company I ever use.
