Rent anywhere else besides University Rentals. I am SHOCKED the LLC hasn't been sued and removed from Michelle and TJ's management. landlords make up lease violations on the spot, the bedbugs and roaches never go away. They leave passive aggressive notes on your door. You have to call to schedule appointments for anything but they never answer or return your calls. Probably wont get my security deposit back but losing that money would be worth the satisfaction of just moving my stuff out and leaving stuff in the fridge/freezer.

Have yet to move in yet, but I have had an excellent experience with them. TJ is a super busy guy but tries to help work around your schedule to show apartments. He is a great guy and super understanding. Have not really spoken with the woman in the office very much, but she is also really kind and helpful. They are pretty straightforward and honest with you about everything. TJ told me if I didn't put a deposit down soon, the apartment would probably be gone.
