I set up a payment plan, then paid the first payment. I later decided to pay the full amount , they continued to bill my credit card. Money is tight, thank God I checked my bank acct daily.
This place is an absolute disaster. The staff is unhelpful, apathetic, and clearly not interested in patient care. I just spoke with an operator named Shirley, and the level of indifference was unbelievable. They canceled my wife’s MRI the day before her appointment — after she has been in severe pain for three months — and acted like it was no big deal. This isn’t healthcare.
