We had such a great experience at the orthodontist today! The entire staff was so welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. They made my daughter feel completely at ease, answered all of our questions with patience, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can really tell they care about their patients and go the extra mile to make each visit a positive one. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, professional, and kid-friendly office!
First let me just say, I can’t not stand going anywhere near anything dental. Dental anxiety is real!!! However, from the minute I walked in I felt welcomed. I was greeted and hardly had to wait anytime before getting with Melanie to get my X-rays and photos done. (Which by the way looked legit professional, I should have kept them for a headshot). Very on time keep there appointments. Love how quickly they get you in and out
Everyone was so nice & professional! My son & I both were very pleased and happy to choose them to do his braces. Ms. Carrie put his braces on and explained everything to him as she was doing it and answered all of his questions. She even took time to go ober things that would be helpful to use while having his braces.
