I thought they were different now but they are the same old people. New students, please dont go there. They pay no attention to maintenance. They will keep your deposit for no work done. Ignorant msu students believe they can park anywhere. Apt. 2 says managaer is ok with them having keggers and parties. loud music and rude guests. A renter tried and tried to contact manager for three days, finally a text from manager saying he'll cotact renter on Monday.
The property manager is not professional or respectful. My roommates and I were charged an outrageous lawn service fee due to lack of communication on the property manager. Wouldnt rent from this company.
