Our experience with them was horrible. They took a long time to respond to our maintenance requests, for example, they left us without a working shower for a week. I have a registered ESA dog and they required me to pay for insurance for her even though we legally shouldn’t have to pay any extra fees. Also, read any lease very carefully because they will take advantage of you with extra fees that are uncalled for. We love our landlords. They showed us the perfect place and are always helpful!! We will recommend them to all of our friends!
Unresponsive and hostile landlords. The houses are poorly insulated resulting in exorbitant utility prices during the winter. Utility bills also are delivered seemingly randomly whenever they decide to do some actual work. While this couple seems nice when you first meet them you will experience totally different people when renting from them.
Renting from them was the absolute worst renting experience I’ve ever had. The houses themselves are cheaply redone, infested with mice, and other rodents and rent was way too steep for what you’re the quality of anything they have to offer. They like to include a bunch of hidden fees that no other landlord would ever expect to make the tenants responsible for.
