I have been going to Dr. Goldsberry since 2014. After neglecting my dental care (because dentist terrified me) for nearly a decade it's no shock that I needed a lot of work. Therefore I have had thousands of dollars of work in the past 2.5 years and multiple upon multiple visits. Super sad at all the negative reviews. I love this place. Dr. Goldsberry and his staff are so nice and knowledgeable. I had a series of 9 cavities to deal with after my first pregnancy, so I have seen a LOT of these people. They were always able to get me right in if I had a discomfort issue with any of my fillings, the hygienists are gentle, and I absolutely love that I can confirm my appointment through texts.
Another good experience @ University Place Dental! Wonderful dentist and staff..and they have complimentary Keurig/coffee!
Another day. Another appointment not honored. Despite a written card, texts, and a mailing reminder, the office was closed when i had showed up at the requested time. Per the phone, office closed all day for some training or such. Never had any issues with the techs or dentist, but the office communications is horribly bad. And this is hardly the first time with not honoring appointments. Why bother to patronize a professional business when they think so little of you and your time.
This place is a joke!! They should tell you before you take off of work and pay a babysitter that If you don't respond to a REMINDER call or text that they take it upon themselves to cancel your appointment:
Love this place! Friendly staff and honest Dentist! Would recommend to anyone!
