Most UNPROFESSIONAL nurses I ever met in my life! They are rude and mostly LAZY!!! Especially the Nursery Station. My mom had a Liver Transplant done, so of course she can barely get out the bed unless she have help! The Nursing Techs leave my mom unattended all the time, when she tells them she have to use the restroom they leave out and tell her they will be right back and never comes back. Thank God that I’m a Nursing Assistant, I drove 2 hours from home, missing school and work to assist my mom.

Absolutely terrible excuse for a hospital if your child ever needs a nicu please fight for them to go elsewhere. There are 4 babies to each nurse over critical babies. Parents get no respect and unfair treatment. Parents can’t use a phone yet a nurse can stand over your child’s bed while texting. No restrooms inside the facility. Very unsanitary conditions. You can’t have a drink inside so every time you get thirsty, need to make a call/text, or go to the restroom you must go through the check point and exit the nicu complet... read more

After sitting in a waiting room full of ppl that has since cleared out bc I have been here so long I lay over to sleep bc I have literally gotten two hours sleep and the rent a cop comes in telling me and my child to sit up!! There are at least 40 empty seats and we are EXHAUSTED!! It costs 0 to be kind and considerate. Absolutely ridiculous from beginning to end
