I have to give kudos! I am a travel RN currently working at UMMC. I want everyone to know what an excellent facility this is and what amazing people the staff are from housekeeping to the interns and MDs. I was recently a patient instead of a working employee. .... I was being well taken care of by staff on 4-North. Jeremy and crew were at top of their game. Thanks to you all for making a scary moment a carefree moment. You were supportive to my sister Sandra while she watched over me and you never failed to provide the continuity of care we strive for at "U"....
Where do I even start? Just getting past the metal detector took ten minutes. It went off every time someone went through, which led to the ummc "police" eventually waving everyone through. I didn't even have to go through it by the time I got to the head of the ever-growing line. Next, I was directed to their RapidTrack Dept, which is the biggest misnomer I have ever heard in my life.
