My experience at UMMC was at first full of anxiety, constant prayers and strong hope that with God and UMMC staff everything would turnout on a positive note and it do!!! The experience was absolutely wonderful and a blessing from God!!! On Saturday afternoon my brother and his 7 year old daughter was in an ATV accident in Flora MS!!! My Neice was airlifted and my brother was transported by ambulance!! I love our emergency responders!!! I sat in the emergency room for 6 hours with no help, and still had to pay the parking garage fee leaving still in pain and no progress. Will never visit here again.

Your registration/billing departments are unprofessional and incompetent. I keep getting blls for dental services. I have called several times to explain that my insurance has not received any claims from the dentist, only to be told every time that bills have been filed with another insurance. We haven't used that insurance in several years. Every time we come to the office we present out insurance card. It is beyond me why UMC can't seem to get it right. La verdad son excelentes médicos,y son muy profesionales,yo fui entendido muy bien i gracias a dios i a ellos estoy bien.
I was able to go down stairs to go see my daughter after being in the hospital since Monday morning ... as I played with my daughter this lady came by smiling .. 1 min later she came back she looked at me saying " I felt like the lord wanted me to come by and pray for you " she asked me a few questions & I told her I was having surgery in the morning .. she sat beside me & prayed !!! I don't remember your name but if you are reading this me & my family thank you so so much ! It meant a lot !!
