RecommendedDr.Merker literally saved the day today with our Cavalier King Charles Winston. After an extremely poor misdiagnosis, "the fatty lump" Winston had on his side burst at home Wednesday night in the middle of the night and we were left to fend for ourselves. Thanks to quick response of Dr. Merker and the Vet Tech's Thursday morning, Winston is resting more comfortably tonight. We are not completely out of the woods yet, but we are completely indebted to her and cannot thank her enough and the Techs of University Pet Clinic.
I completely trust Dr. Adams and staff at UPC. The entire staff has been working extremely hard over the last couple of months navigating the stress of COVID while still maintaining high quality care for their clients.
My pug had an unexpectedly difficult abdominal surgery. He had a really hard time recovering from it, but the staff was so wonderful. Dr. Adams did an excellent job, and we were constantly being checked in on. They also made room for him every day for a week to be seen. They never took advantage of us, and their prices are more than fair. I just can’t say enough about how amazing everyone was all though this. Truffles had her best vet experience in years. She goes to a lot of different vets because we travel and we couldn't be happier with UPC. Kat and Dr. Meeker were amazing. They got right down on Truffles' level and let her get to know them before running her vitals. Price was great as well. The entire staff were so friendly.

This is the BEST vet clinic I have been to! They got my sick pup in the same day I called (and as a new client!) and treated her UTI right away. They are VERY reasonable in price (most affordable I have found) and genuinely care about you and your fur babies! I would recommend this clinic to ANY one that is in need of a great and affordable vet clinic for their pets!

Everyone from the front desk, to the tech, to the doc were all amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable, and clearly love what they do. I will gladly bring my guy, Mr Winston Purrchill, here every time.
