Scam-no phone- no email-no invoice-no records- double billing with IU North- shame shame on all and any Doctors and Nurses working with this association. This is why we need Universal Health care- shut it down

The absolute scummiest people in healthcare. They send you bills already paid for by insurance and even with proof they just say they will look into. A month later you receive the same bill again until it goes to collections. I have proof insurance paid in full and their response was sending me an even higher bill the next month. Tell your hospital you refuse their services unless you want to be scammed.

If I could give 0, I would. The University Pediatrics messed up the insurance. And when I called them, they said that they would not submit the claim again since it was more than 6 month. I was forced to pay the full amount, instead of the contracted amount. very frustrated process.

"0 stars" you are forced to use a Pediatrician at the hospital, even though you have one ready to go for your newborn... and you get this spammy bill. They have the wrong names on the bill, it hasn't gone through insurance, and no one is picking up the phone at the numbers provided on bottom of page. AVOID if possible. Decline all visits from Ped dr's during your post partum stay!! tell them to GET OUT!
