They told me they would be able to fix my computer then a few days later I get a call that they can’t so basically I was out $64. I talked to the guy for a while too, trying to see what the chances were that it was fixable and based off of what he said it would be so I decided to leave it. So disappointed.

Remote service by appointment. On time call back, patient, knowledgeable technician took care of two issues I’d been unable to do on my own. Very reasonable as well. I fully recommend their service based on my experience.

Great business! I took my MacBook in fearing the worse, had it back a couple days later with a new hard drive and all data intact. Very professional crew! Highly recommend them!!!!
I was having problems with my iMac so I took it to these guys on Friday afternoon and I got it back early Tuesday and it is working like it is supposed to! Great service and friendly people to deal with. I will probably be bringing in an older iMac to see if it can be fixed soon. Thanks!
