Will not let student out of their lease for 2020/2021 even though the lease was signed prior to COVID-19, and all of my classes will be online in the fall 🙃
I loved it here until they wanted to kick us out due to the pandemic. I have no where else to go and signed a twelve month lease to stay here the whole twelve months. They’ve done nothing to help except give me more anxiety. This is a terrible management and the fact they can just put students out on their ass during a global emergency pandemic is completely illegal and messed up.
Their handling of the Corona virus situation is pathetic. Basically evicting paid tenants at a time when they have been instructed to stay home. Wonder how many people and deaths will be directly due to University Park's actions.

Great location being close to campus without being right on campus. Perfect appartment style for your first appartment!
Really not a great set of apartments. I've put in many orders for our door to be fixed and nothing has been done. Wifi and noise are both awful. I liked University Park at first but then I realized that it's really not worth the money. You're better off paying a little more for somewhere that's much nicer. 695/month for tiny rooms and antiquated decor with absolutely awful wifi is not worth it.
