The staff is courteous, friendly and genuine. The cost seems high, that is why 4 stars not 5. They are accommodating and helpful. Every appointment they seem legitimately happy to see me. The facilities seem top notch.

Professional care with a very human and caring touch.
Due to the loss of my job and benefits, it had been a while since I had been to the dentist, which resulted in a lot of guilt, embarrassment and anxiety. However, from the very start everyone I dealt with at University Park Family Dentistry was very friendly, non-judgemental and made me feel comfortable. I had not been to the dentist in approximately 14 years and finally decided to go In and get things taken care of. Not knowing what to expect and being kind of embarrassed of the condition of my teeth I was dry nervous going in. My first appointment was wonderful and they treated me with great respect! Then I had an appointment on 11-4-13 to get a wisdom tooth pulled and a root canal done. So even more nervous going in and not knowing what kind of pain I would be in I'd say I was a bit worried.
