As always, the greeting was prompt and courteous. The care provided was professional, kind and friendly, very caring and gentle. There is always a concern for my comfort. Dental issues were discussed thoroughly and options for additional procedures offered. Dr. Turner and his staff are amazing! I enjoy talking with them, when my mouth isn't filled with instruments of some kind, :), and they are always concerned with my comfort. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!
Staff is very friendly and efficient. They made sure process was as comfortable as possible for both my daughter and I.
As always, everything was explained well during my cleaning, including why different types of x-rays are needed. I was very happy with how quickly I was able to be finished with the thorough exam.
Our whole family has enjoyed the staff at University Park Family Dentistry. They are very friendly and getting to know us personally is a nice touch. Dr. Turner gives us excellent care , making going to the dentist a much more pleasant experience.
It was great and I really liked my dental assistant was great.
Pleasantly surprised
Still can't believe I was fit in the same day I called after having a scare with one of my teeth. Everyone was great as always and took care of me in no time. Dr. Turner and his entire staff are awesome!
