I’ve been here for 8 years now and have found University Park to be a good place to live. Anytime I’ve had a problem maintenance has been quick to remedy the situation. The grounds are well maintained,units are sprayed regularly. I don’t understand all the negative reviews. It’s simple pay your rent on time,keep your apartment clean, and follow the rules. It’s really not that hard folks!
Trash place to live
They don't do the maintenance they claim to, don't hire pest control properly & are ran by a large company that loves to sue past tenants. Wouldn't recommend even if you're looking at being homeless and this is a final resort. $1000 a month is robbery.
University Park Apartments failed to confirm a secured apartment and move in date. I applied, paid my $440 deposit (because they didn't have change) and initially asked for a move in date of 3/1/25 which was understood when I paid my deposit. The she reaches out to me and say there is no units available. I tell them I need to have apt since my lease will be ending soon and I have a toddler I need a seamless move in process.
