Nice apartments for university students. Pet friendly.
These apartments are affordable and a great quality for the price. I love how close they are to campus so when school eventually goes back to campus classes, I will be in walking distance. I’m also really happy that they allow pets! It’s difficult to find apartments that allow pets so that was a huge plus! Staff is always helpful and fast, I never have to worry when I contact them!!
I've enjoyed living at University Park. The community is great and everyone is pretty respectful of noise. The staff all around are quick to respond with any questions or concerns. I also appreciate that rent is affordable and units are great.
Amazing place to live! Super close to campus. The ladies in the office and the maintenance crew - are all very welcoming and caring. They are quick to respond to any questions or issues we had. Also, they allow pets, which is a plus!! :-)
