PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING: I have been apart of this apartment complex for the past 3 years. The old management did not handle things the right way whatsoever. BUT the new management, Mrs. Melissa and her staff, have completely changed the way this complex works. Please set up a tour! You will leave happy and ready to sign a lease. If I have an issue within the apartment, Maintenance will come by and look/fix it that day, or order parts needed to fix immediately. I’m looking for a 2bedroom and 2 full bathrooms
Excuses about policies and procedures. They just didn't want me to move in because I have ESA dogs which negates the "fee" they require. It's been over a month and they have yet to approve me. However I was approved within 24hours at three other complexes. Ridiculous.
I'm still amazed with the friendly and efficient service from this apartment management people. Brought my daughter to apply and Heather, as usual, was welcoming and warm with us. She great at her job! Keep it up!
