Pros: Proximity to campus, good central AC, hot water, furniture Cons: Dirty upon arrival, none of the outdoor lighting works, exterior not maintained well, bath tub stained and slightly clogged
It is a good apartment and my roommates were very welcoming. My only complaint is that some guys left on vacation but didn’t really clean up. The apartment needs cleaning.
If I could give lower I would. Not worth the price even if close to BYU. Management never responds, installs things incorrectly, or sometimes doesn’t even install. Much better places for your money
