Absolutely awful customer service, they cancel appointments by text messages, they don’t call to reschedule, they don’t return phone calls when you register for call backs. Took 3 weeks to finally get through and the appointment they cancelled in August is now in December for a 16 month old baby. Avoiding THIS OFFICE AT ALL COST
