RecommendedI went to Dr McClellan for a second opinion on having a knee replacement.. My knee had been swollen for months and it was quite painful. Dr McClellan confirmed I would need a knee replacement at some point, but it didn’t have to be now, since my circumstances were that I couldn’t be down for the recovery period . Surgery or pain management! Dr. Khaloff is a Dr. that listens and communicates with his patients! Dr. Ellis is an excellent surgeon also.
I really like Dr Budney. I have personally seen him and recently took my son to see him. He is an excellent doctor and seems really concerned about the problems that we are seen for. I have and would continue to recommend him!!
Parking at the Altoona office was horrid and wait times were excessive. Most people I encountered were kind however helpful is not a term I would use to describe the experience. After an hours drive and long wait in the waiting and exam rooms I was told they didn't believe the procedure my dr referred me for would benefit me. In a practice of this sort you would think they would suggest an alternative treatment however they did not. I was sent on my way and told they would let my dr know that I had been there. This was our first time at University orthopedics, every single person from the moment you walked in until the moment you left was welcoming and very nice and helpful with not only me but also with my nine-year-old son. Dr. Kephart was amazing and answered all of our questions and was so good with my son. 5/5 stars. Thank you UOC.
I would highly recommend Dr. McClellan and Brad they both are very good at what they do. Always make you feel that your important and answers my questions.
The staff are well trained in what they do. Dr. Budny is very nice and knowledgeable. He has always been able to answer my questions. I have already recommended others to see him.
I've been going there for over a year, I've seen 2 different Drs & both are amazing, Dr Kephart & Dr Budny, & the staff is very friendly.
