I’m coming here to warn others and confirm the low ratings for the place. Me and a friend had our appointment at the same time. We carpooled and arrived 10 minutes prior to our 1:00 appointment. When we spoke to the manager, he informed us we were not on the schedule. Someone double booked us. Understandably upset, he tried to correct the issue by squeezing us into the schedule at 1:30 and the second appointment at 2:15. The staff is very professional and respectful. I feel like they care for me and my progress. My therapist work hard for me and listen to my concerns. John and Ciria are great therapist and are very competent. Artavia is so kind and pleasant. She smiles with greets me well at the desk.
