Kayla the office receptionist is really rude. If you have an auto accident and need paper work due to FMLA or LOA they do not care to review the reports on time or even call you if there is anything missing on it. She gives you the run and around and states that she needs to speak to her office manager. It has been a week and still no signed or filled out paperwork. Not even a confirmation as to when this will be done. There is no sincere care or empathy at this office, please stir clear and go somewhere else.
The front desk girl was unpleasant and rude. The doctor never even reviewed the findings of my MRI with concerning spot on spine. The check out girl was ok. I won’t go back.
Dr Puccio is an amazing .He really listens to how I feel and makes sure I get the care I need . Wonderful Doctor.
University orthopedic has the best staff working for them. The person who stands out the most is Esther Rodriguez she's exceptional .She really cares and anything I needed help with she swiftly takes care of with courteousness and patients . She is an amazing person . And a great asset to University Orthopedic. I haven't been to a facility that has greater care and staff than this one.Thank you Ms Rodriguez for such care and kindness.
Just a horrible place there..there main concern is to up charge your insurance and sell your pills that's expired..the front desk guy is very rude.hes the one that wanted to be a secretary....WATCH OUT FOR THOSE SO CALLED DR in there theybpush on ur spine hard to cause a problem or discomfort so you have 2 go back...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..DOMINGO IS THE WORST ALSO
