Waited in the exam room way to long. The doctor was really cocky.
Excellent service. My grandmother's surgery went great. Dr. Ikard was a great doctor.
My son had a broken finger that was pretty messed up and Dr. Claytor performed surgery on it and was wonderful. Jontay put his cast on and he couldn't have been better with my son. Thank you UOC!!!
The wait is always incredibly grueling. It is frustrating to know that money is more important (scheduling patients every 15 minutes) than the comfort of patients. However, when Dr. Standeffer walks in the room that frustration seems to go away. He is extremely professional and has an amazing bedside manner. We will always ask for him, when needed :) I really wish y'all would work on your scheduling of patients!
