Wait was a bit long, but it's a busy office and rightfully so. Worth the wait to see a doctor that actually listens to you.
Everyone is personable and professional. My biggest pet peeve is when the practice doesn't honor the appointment time. I often try to get the first appointment of the day. Even with having the first appointment, I waited 20 minutes from my appointment time to be brought in the "room." And then another 15 minutes before seeing the doctor. But it's ridiculous to be kept waiting 35 minutes. In no other field would this be acceptable.
Dr Chiappetta and staff were great. Professional and to the point. Would highly recommend

Thank you To Dr. D and also my 2 favorite Anesthestologists Dr. Mike and Dr. Harold. They made sure I was comfortable during the pro eedures. Also the dynamic nursing staff namely Jennifer, Susie and Donna all of which were directly involved in my care. As an RN myself I truly appreciated their extreme kindness and professionalism shown to me.
