I can't speak about NOMS as a whole but NOMS Eye is just awful when it comes to financials! I exchanged a pair of eyeglasses for a different pair that happened to be cheaper and so I was told I would be getting a refund for the difference that I never received! And NOMS financial won't stop harassing me because they claim I owe THEM money! Either leave me alone or I'll call my lawyer you bunch of con artists!

asked for my medical records, so they send a disk with what my appointments were about. call and they don't even answer
The check in screens are useless especially when you need your blood drawn at a certain time. Only to be rudely sent back to the waiting room. If they had a real person at the desk they could accommodate ppl better! Looking at your lab slip and sayin oh youre only getting the one hour blood test. Well yes you’re not the dr. They know what they are doing! And why they “only” order the one hour testing. Maybe younger more friendly ppl would be helpful instead of much older unfiltered ppl.
You guys are liars!! You don’t care people only about money! They liar about taking my insurance. They don’t!! Now I have bills I can’t pay!! Shame on you Noms!!
