I have been there several times and i can think of nothing negative!! Front office staff very friendly and helpful!! Waiting room comfortable. Doctor, while busy, never feels rushed and doesn't miss a thing....only negative is it is 2:00 a.m. after seeing her earlier today and my stomach pain is so bad I cannot sleep!
I see Dr. James Reid, and he is the best doctor I have ever had!!!
Dr. Haynes was and is the upmost remarkable Dr. I have meet to date outside of Dr. Domson. She was willing to listen to everything I had to say, and had no desire to belittle me or lecture me about my health choices. I was so worried about coming to this appointment thinking it was going to be another you need to get vaccinated, you cant drink raw milk, yada yada yada. I had been going to a family practice in Harrisonburg for over 40 years. The doctors were very good but the office staff is the worst! (According to google!!) But since Sentara is the hospital they use and I refuse to go to Sentara (for reasons I won't go into) my specialists are all thru UVA. It was a pain trying to get my family doctor and UVA doctors to communicate so when the office staff at my long time family practice literally kicked me out, after 40+years, the choice to go to UVA Family Practice only made sense.
