Made appt 2024 for a new patient appointment July 2025. They called to cancel my appointment (no fault of mine) and rescheduled me all the way out in November. Called me a week before that appointment to cancel on me again and said they can’t get me in until May 2026. 1.5 years to be a new patient because they can’t keep my appointments? What a JOKE.
I am absolutely disgusted with uva primary care in Waynesboro Virginia. My wife has been very sick for several days. Called to get in with her doctor and she was told they couldn’t get her in until the end of October. What a joke.
Wonderful doctors here. I've been a patient here for over 10 years and have always received exceptional care.
I made an appointment The last time I was there Before I left With Monica. The girl kept wanting to put me with another provider because Monica was leaving and I told her no I plan to stay with Monica. I go in on my appointment day for them to tell me I have no appointment. Wasted 45 minute drive.
