Had an amazing experience. I am 20 and still getting used to being an adult and scheduling my own doctors appointments. Going to the doctor all alone can be very intimidating, especially because this was my first OBGYN appointment. But the staff was so welcoming, so friendly, and so reassuring. I was called back within 10 minutes of arriving and saw the doctor within a few minutes of the nurse leaving. I was not impressed with the doctors. The receptionists were polite and helpful but the doctor was not helpful. I felt very uncomfortable with her suggestions and she was unable to diagnose the problem.
I have been trying REALLY REALLY hard to not write a negative review for this place and I've given them chances over and over again, but I just can't let it go anymore. This place is horrible! Every single experience and interaction I have had with them has been nothing but miserable and they sincerely seem like they have NO idea what they are doing. I randomly went here after looking up people on my insurance to get a pap smear and because my normal OBGYN is no longer practicing. The medical assistants seemed put out by my ... read more
