Literally had the worst experience here. Was told one thing; billed another. Was waiting in the treatment chair for an hour (for what I was told would be a 20 minute appointment). It was unprofessional. Literally DO NOT GO HERE. If I can save even one person from making the same mistake I did: I’d call that a success. Save your money/time/effort and go somewhere else. Just trust me.
In July, 2025, I had breast reduction surgery by Dr. Crombie and her team. As with any surgery, I was nervous. They rescheduled my appointment 3 months away when it had been scheduled for 6 months because my doctor canceled Fridays in clinics. The next time they could get me in? A year from my original appointment date. Still 2 stars because they're very friendly and I haven't actually been in there for surgery, but I'm extremely frustrated with my wait time being extended an entire year.
