Great doctors!
They are the absolute worst. They make you jump through a million hoops and then come up with a million more reasons to not see you. Their customer service is a joke. I'm beyond frustrated with them.
My doctor submitted a referral to U of U rheumatology on 1/6/24. I called to verify that the department received it and was told typical wait times for acceptance/denial were 10-16 weeks and that they would let me know either way. Taking them at their word, I tried to be patient and not bother them. Fast forward to last week, I finally called and asked what the status was of my referral. Apparently my referral was denied back on 4/9/24 and no one from their department bothered to tell either me or my doctor. Terrible custome... read more
