My son and I both see Dr. Cooper, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the entire team. Every experience we’ve had has been positive from start to finish. Dr. Cooper is kind, compassionate, patient, and truly takes the time to listen and care. DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE FOR YOU. Look at these reviews. They treat you like a drug addict, which is crazy because if you treat people like this who truly need meds... How do you treat the addicts you're "helping"? I think this whole building needs a rehiring spree. All the way up to the office manager.
I was diagnosed with ADHD by their offices and when I went for my medication appointment, they were trying to treat depression and anxiety when I just wanted medication for ADHD. It has been three years and I still have not had my ADHD medication. Recently I had to go for an appointment somewhere else and I talked to them about psychiatry, not giving me medication for ADHD and they thought that I still needed to get tested. Very hard to get adapted to a psychiatrist when all of them are Resident students in training the people upstairs are very rude and good luck with the receptionist when they will return your call they claimed I had an appointment and then canceled when I never called they make notes that are not true and twist the truth now I have to wait till January to see my doctor which I will be looking for a new one and not at utmc
