Worst experience ever today. Miscommunication since the beginning, when I made an appointment the receptionist said they accepted medical , but had to pay for consultation and xray. Had an appointment today, payed consultation and x-rays. Appt at 3pm didn’t get seen until 4 until I went to see why I wasn’t being called in. They claimed I wasn’t registered ! Students are working on people's teeth with out any supervision! Some of the tools do not work (suction tool) and the poor students are trying to work with broken equipment. The students are being thrown into a position of working on people's teeth with out knowing what to do. I was shocked to see that they don't know what to do and the instructors are nowhere to be seen. One time an instructor popped into the room and shouted all good? any questions? This clinic is like a bank or an insurance company, so the doctors there are trained to become your best friends. However, this friendship lasts only if you have a minor easy issue, not some complicated dental problems. I went to my student doctor (then to his successor) for about one year, for every single appointment, like a soldier.
