If you’re 5 minutes late they cancel your appt. Just a heads up to other students who may be in need of healthcare on campus. They don’t inform you of this policy in any of their email communications. So hopefully this will help anyone else who travels to campus for an appt.
I fell and cut my hand, went into the health center bleeding and asked for some bandages. They said that since I didn’t have an appointment there was nothing they can do, despite being the only one there. Since I wasn’t planning on falling, there was no way I could make an appointment beforehand. Had to beg for bandages to do it myself. They also refused to help a girl who was having a seizure right outside their door. Two stars cause they eventually let me bandage my hand myself.
