The way the front desk staff talked to me and treated me was apprehensible. That is not what you want or should expect to deal with when you're at the ER with a hurt pet. To make it worse, the doctor refused to see my pet, saying I could come back another day. Seemed like they just didn't want to service me and I also read other comments where people were treated the same way.
