We came here for our cat. The whole team that served us was amazing. From the front desk to to assistants to the doctor. We didnt get what we wanted to hear with our cat but they were extremely helpful and empathetic. They were so passionate about their job. You can tell they loved animals. And thats really hard to find. Dr. Holt and his assistant Toni were 2 that stood out to me. I was extremely grateful for them.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the team at Penn Vet, particularly Dr. Megan Reilly, her student Amanda, and their coordinator, Patrina. My dog, Lulu, has been battling a very complex and serious medical condition, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team has treated both of us with incredible compassion, kindness, and professionalism. We cannot say enough good things about UPenn ER, ICU, and neurology. The staff here is beyond amazing and we will forever keep them in our hearts. Our dog was rushed to the emergency department, underwent surgery, and unfortunately, developed complications. We had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye a week after admitting him.
