Listen, good luck with this healthcare system. I would recommend Dr. Thibodeau and Dr. Kraspak at this clinic every time. However, I have been seen by two other doctors here and the experience was dismissive and I didn't get what I needed at all - was told to take more ibuprofen even though I advocated for my needs in session. Some of the doctors here know the system, and some do not. Shop around if you have the time and ability to wait for care.
I have never in my entire life been so horribly treated. Shame.

M Health has caused a number of major problems for me, including hospital staff who yelled at and threatened me while I was in a mental health crisis. Smileys has always been somewhat problematic and has recently become even more so. I tried to get my testosterone filled after being without for two months over money issues, but they had none left to dispense after they over-prescribed to patients making a run on the drug. Dr. Adam Lord is a great listener who meets your needs immediately. He also provides information in laymen’s terms when you’re confused. The wait can be long depending on the day.
