I have been going to this gender clinic for a few months now. I came here to get T, well thats not what i got thanks to my awful family. I have been having family issues for a very long time, both of my parents are very abusive and unsupportive of my gender identity. The person i see at this clinic isn't very great at their job. Called multiple times during open hours and was sent to voicemail.
Lots of back and forth and unnecessary lying about insurance. You'd think a speciality clinic would be more professional about getting prescriptions covered. I'll be taking this to the board.
I always recommend this clinic to anyone who's transitioning. The people at the front desk are always helpful, and Dr. Feldman is very knowledgeable about hormones and what would be the best option for /you/ and goin into detail on application or injections. They're also very nice and the clinic in general is a very nice, small, homey place, and its nice thar they're doing video calls due to covid right now as well so that I don't have to go out for an appointment! horrible experience with Dr.Feldman and the whole HRT process at this clinic. I started seeking HRT when I was 13. After being on a long waitlist my parents got me an appointment with DR.Alex Kovic, who no longer works here. I had my first appointment with him when I was 14. I had to see a gender therapist for a year before they (the clinic) even let me make an appointment with Dr.Feldman. Therapy can be great but not if it’s forced.
