My mom saw Dr Yeazel for a long time. And she didn’t trust anyone but him. She was at North Memorial and had Dr Haggenjos (also with Broadway Family Medicine) It took her some time to trust him but she did greatly due to the fact he worked with Dr. Yeazel. My mom was diagnosed with a terminal illness that progressed fast. In a month she was in the hospital 3 times. And each time Dr Haggenjos was there. He was our constant. I've been going to this clinic for almost 30 years and had great doctors throughout this time. My only problem now is, every time I come there, they have new people at the front desk and medical assistants. Except for a few familiar faces, everyone else is a stranger and I don't like that. So many good pepper left because of management issues. Get it together people. I love my doctor and don't want to change clinics but I will if this keeps up.
