Have to review after this same issue happening 3 visits in a row. They consistently have some issue pop up relating to them being unorganized. Don't have referral from doctor yet - from their own clinic across the street and wait until you take time off of work, take child out of daycare and arrive before they tell you the doctor can't see you. They lose appointment information, forget to send orders to doctors prior to appointments. Consistently the most frustrating clinic/hospital we have ever encountered.
