Don't come here. They will rip you off with the "hospital based" fee structure. It's just like a normal doctors office inside and they charge you like a 5 minute visit is an operating room procedure. The physicians don't know how treatment affects your billing. It's a rip off and even if you dispute they will pull out all the lawyer jargon to say you are responsible for owing thousands of dollars for a simple doctor's visit.
My son goes to fairview because he has leukemia. When his hair all fell out, they made an appointment for him to see the dermatologist because it exposed a weird mole. So months later he finally got in...yesterday jan 9th. Great it isnt cancer. It took all of 2 seconds for the diagnosis. Then the doctor explaned to him that because of the chemo drugs he is on he is more likely to get skin cancer and continued on to how deadly that skin cancer is... F i n g r e a t. Hey kid! Beware, this clinic is a "hospital based clinic" and therefore thought it was appropriate to charge $24,000 for a 15 minute allergy test for my daughter! (no bloodwork or labs, just the skin scratch test) Go elsewhere for pediatric allergy testing!! I was not given information about what this would cost beforehand, nor given the choice of what allergens to test or how many, and there were no signs outside or in the lobby saying this was a "hospital based clinic" even though their response to my dispute claimed there was sign... read more
