I waited 5 months to see a specialist here about neck issues and they called me 3 times the morning of the appointment asking me to cancel because the provider did not want to help me. He decided that because I receive care from a different doctor in fairview for a different condition, he wouldn't need to be helping me. I have never had such a bizarre or upsetting encounter with a medical clinic. I will have to continue to wait multiple more months to receive care for my issue.
Great clinic, helpful staff from scheduling, check-in, rooming nurse, follo-up, post surgery office visits and phone calls. Brain surgery sussful! Dr. Darrow is extremely caring and thorough as should be with pre-op physical, great "bedside manner". I felt safe and was in good hands- literally! I trust him, his PA and would see any associate if needed.
Nightmare to schedule. I'm not sure I even want to go here anymore.
Dr. Andrew Venteicher has great bed side manner. He was thorough and took the time to answer all our questions. I feel like we are in good hands.
Had symptoms of intense, constant dizziness that started feb 2022. Went to fairview ED where they did an MRI and things looked normal so they referred me to neurology. I waited 6 mos for my appt. Got a work up and she dx'd me with TOS and noted that I had high intracranial pressure based on my symptoms of headaches, ear ringing, nausea, warm head, dizzy, etc. Did scans and ultrasounds that confirmed some narrowed vessels.
