Terrible experience every time I go. No matter who works at the front they are always rude. The physicians are great. Today, I’m guessing the nurse Giselle did not want to work her entire shift and turned me away while the clinic was still open.
Every element of this facility was great! From the arrival valet, check in with security, Dr. Civantos’ team to the departure valet.
* I AM GOING TO LOOSE MY JOB BC THE DOCTOR TAKES 5 OR 6 CALLS TO GET THROUGH TO HIM AND ANSWER ON THE PORTAL .I need papers signed for the disability bus , this should be a crime. EVERYTHING ELSE IS A BUEROCRATIC NIGHTMARE , DONT EXPECT TO GET ANYTHING DONE.
I had such a great experience at the UM student health service with Dr. Duckworth! I was a couple of minutes late but they still let me in, it was super quick, and Dr. Duckworth was extremely helpful and kind! Thank you!
