I love the oncology department, they are amazing but I hate the billing and administration departments. Every time I go there, every 3 months, I’m billed for my visit and have to argue with them only to be told after hours of frustration that they forgot to submit it to my insurance. Every time and had them on a three-way call with my insurance provider, which ended up making them look like buffoons. I love my doctor but I’m tired of dealing with the billing department.
