Beware of UHealth Tower Physical Therapy not disclosing their billing practices and charging riduculous rates without your knowledge. There is no transparency and it feels predatory. UHealth Tower Physical Therapy billed me $636 for a 45 minute physical therapy session. Feels criminal. This also seems similar to the $22 mil settlement UHealth paid to the DOJ for Medically Unnecessary Laboratory Tests and Fraudulent Billing Practices. Shame on University of Miami.

My brother recently had a Robotic Prostatectomy with Dr. Gonzalgo, who is an exceptional surgeon—skilled, compassionate, and truly focused on patient well‑being. The procedure went smoothly, and the daytime team, including Nurse Yaneris, Discharge Nurse Luz, and Yulian from Patient Experience, provided outstanding, attentive care. How is it that your CVICU nurses don't speak english? I get this hospital is in Miami, but this is America. English is the language of America officially now. Your nurses MUST LEARN TO SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY, otherwise they should not be hired. This needs to be addressed before you're sued, should lack of care or inability to respond to patient concerns occur.
