the worst hospital ever .. the charges are way out of hand..they make it look all fancy but its all a scam and a way to make money
Terrible administration and ZERO accountability. Their "Patient Experience" people are just there to listen to complaints; they cannot solve ANYTHING. Problems are passed around like a game of hot potato. Keep your expectations very low. Don't expect reliability.
I was a patient getting my lower back taken care of. The staff was quick, attentive and thorough.
My mom just had a lung valve procedure done at U of M health and we had a great experience. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and helpful. They took great care of my mom. I wanted to say a special thanks to Carlos DeVarona , RRT, CPFT. He was the first person we encountered on the unit to check in and he went above and beyond to help us and make us all feel comfortable. He even went downstairs to make sure my sister could join us.
